Member Programs & Services
STANDING
COMMITTEES
The
role of these committees is to provide value-added
support and services to the Chamber and its members.
While these committees have the potential to increase
revenue to the Chamber, that is not their focus.
1.
The Ambassadors Committee
Ambassadors
are those friendly smiles who greet members and
guests at the door of Chamber functions including
ribbon cuttings, grand openings and the quarterly
New Member Receptions. These opportunities to
meet and interact with other stakeholders in the
business community have shown to be an excellent
networking tool, as well as a chance to become
more involved in the Chamber’s role in advocating
the business community. The committee regularly
meets the first Wednesday of the month, 7:30 a.m.
at the Chamber Office. Click here to see who our current AMBASSADORS are.
3.
Business Expo Committee
This
committee plans, coordinates and markets the Annual
Business Expo and Job Faire. Proceeds from the
Business Expo & Job Faire are used to enhance
Chamber programs and services. The Business Expo
& Job Faire is held on the fourth Thursday
in April.
4.
Golf Tournament Committee
The
Golf Tournament is the Chamber’s largest
fund raising event. The Golf Committee plans,
coordinates, and markets the Annual Golf Tournament.
Proceeds from the tournament are used for Chamber
programs and services. The Golf Tournament is
held on the third Tuesday in September.
5.
Tustin Tiller Days Pancake Breakfast and
Parade Float Committee
The
Tustin Tiller Days Pancake Breakfast and Parade
Float Committee plans, coordinates and markets
the Annual Tiller Day Pancake Breakfast and the
Chamber’s float entry in the parade. Proceeds
from the breakfast are used for Chamber programs
and services. The Pancake Breakfast and Parade
is held on the first Saturday in October.
